My name is Michael Baroody, and I reside in Fairport, N.Y., a suburb of Rochester, N.Y. with my wife Jodi.
We're two non-breeding yuppy home-bodies who have been happily married since September of 1999.
They call me "Roody" because of my last name: Baroody. It was a nickname that originated in high school, went a little
dormant through the college years, and re-emerged when I met Jodi. Because her family has so many "Mikes" they figured it was
easier to call me Roody. Most of my friends know me as Roody.
