A project I started back in 1999 just for fun, and has grown into arguably the largest and most successful Resident Evil fansite in the world. Site has grown immensely over the years, with every application in it including the web-based forums being built in-house. During its hey-day the site averaged 600,000+ hits and 15,000+ unique visitors per day.
